Brand and Reputation Management was founded by Elliot Schreiber, who is recognized as one of the world's most knowledgeable and experience experts in corporate brand and reputation management.  He held senior corporate marketing and communications positions at the DuPont Company, Wilmington, DE (1980-1986); Bayer Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA (1986-1995); and Nortel, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (1995-1999).  He later was Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Digital 4Sight, Toronto (1999-2001), a leading international strategy and research firm during the early days of e-business. 

Elliot has consulted to a variety of international firms, including NovartisSociety of Hosptial Medicine, AstraZeneca, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, RBC Financial Corporation, General Motors, Procter & Gamble, among many others.   He is widely sought as a speaker at international business and academic conferences and has written numerous articles that have been published in academic and business journals.  In addition, he serves on the advisory boards of several organizations, including Echo Research, New York, a leading brand and reputation research firm; Aprimo, Indianapolis, a marketing software company; and DNA13, Ottawa, Canada, a public relations software company.

Elliot is a co-founder of the Directors College in Canada, a joint venture between the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada.  His focus at the College has been the link between reputation and governance.

Since 2001, Elliot has been teaching and consulting.  He has taught brand and reputation management at a variety of universities, including:  Penn State, Syracuse, University of Delaware, Villanova, and McMaster University in Canada. 

Currently, Elliot is Clinical Professor of Marketing and Executive Director of the Center for Corporate Reputation Management at the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business, Drexel University, Philadelphia. 

Adam Schreiber joined the firm in 2009.  Brands and reputation are being built and/or destroyed in social media, where people are turning for information and are increasingly influenced about their perceptions of brand and corporate value. Adam's extensive knowledge of social media strategies, and his connections with leading bloggers, thought-leaders and journalists have brought value to clients.

Adam brings extensive experience in digital branding strategies and social media.  He previously worked as an account manager in the technology group at Hill & Knowlton, New York,  serving such clients as Hewlett-Packard, Amgen, Deloitte, Yahoo!, among others.  He has a deep understanding of the digital world and excellent connections with those who both follow and influence this area.  Through his work, he has become recognized as a "relationship builder" and has developed outstanding relationships with important bloggers, media, and thought leaders in social media.  He received his B.S. degree from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Brand and Reputation Management have developed close relationships with branding design firms, market research and reputation research firms, website builders, and others who they can call on to augment and implement their strategy work.  Either working alone or in partnership with other firms, Brand and Reputation Management continues to demonstrate exceptional value to its clients.
